Medial epicondylagia or medial epicondylitis has had many names over the years including washer woman’s elbow and tennis elbow.  It is the result of repetitive motion and affects the muscles along the elbow joint.  The pain is more prevalent on the inside of the arm and can involve the entire arm to the wrist.

Our clinicians use a number of traditional treatments including exercising, taping or bracing, and immobilization.  More advanced techniques include shockwave, laser, Gua Sha, and acupuncture.
