Many facilities offer personal training opportunities.  However, these trainers may not be versed in working with people who have sustained an injury or who are trying to prevent a recurrence.  

At our personal training facility, we will help the beginner or seasoned athlete, especially if they are recovering from an injury.  

We will establish a safe and effective routine that provides the goals you are seeking and helping you be solid in body mechanics.  We avoid the boring workout routine and provide the motivation to maintain a consistent schedule that will provide the results you want.

Our trainers monitor your progress and carefully observe your form and the biomechanics of the routines.  We can help with range of motion, endurance, or working within limitations.
