At Motion Matters we feel that education is the key to wellness and injury prevention. From the start we have taken part in a number of health promotion opportunities within the Ottawa community.
Over the past year we have brought our knowledge and services to the National Capital Women's Show, the National Capital Race Weekend, and the Statistics Canada Health Fair & Department of Fisheries and Oceans Wellness Day, pictured here:

Motion Matters is sad to see our massage therapist Sue Harris leave our clinic. Good luck to her. We also would like to inform our clients that our physiotherapist Monate, who is expecting her second child at the end of April will be on maternity leave for a year.
