Stationary bicycle
Type: Sportsart C52U
What is it? Rehabilitation exercise bike
When should we use it? To improve cardio vascular function. To improve hip, knee or ankle mobility. To strength the legs while maintaining proper alignment of the body.
Adjustable features: Seat height and inclination, grip angle and resistance.
Characteristics: Smooth resistance, speed, distance, RPM reading, heart rate and calories reading. Different computerized programs.

Treadmill
Type: Nautilus NTR 700
What is it? Rolling rubber carpet surface to walk on. The handle bars, adjustable speed and inclination allow adaptation to your needs and fitness level.
When should we use it? To improve cardiovascular function. To improve walking technique (integration of hip, knee, ankle and foot work), to improve leg alignment. Your physiotherapist may use it to analyze your gait.
Adjustable features: Speed, hills.
Characteristics: Heart rate, calories, pace, time, speed and distance reading. Progressive stop option, good shock absorption, easy to use.

Elliptical
Type: Vision Fitness 6700 HRT
What is it? A system of bilateral gliding ramps attached to a vertical axis. Two mobile handle bars are attached to that axis to allow arm swing during exercise. Movement very similar to cross country skiing. The Motor generator system and Quiet-Glide System help to assure a smooth and quiet ride.
When should we use it? For similar reasons as for a bike or a treadmill, but here you will also work your arms.
Adjustable features: Resistance, inclination.
Characteristics: Timer, calories and distance reading. The console features four Heart Rate Training (HRT) programs and a separate heart rate feedback window for optimal training, as well as five custom programs. Our elliptical includes a continual feedback of Manual, Interval, Fat Burn, Watts, SPRINT 8, HRT Cardio, HRT Weight Loss, HRT Interval, HRT Hill, Integrated Reading Rack.
